Cutly terms of use

Effective date: 4 November 2025 — These terms govern your use of Cutly. Installing or using the app means you accept them.

1. Agreement

Cutly is provided by Bac Tech LLC (“Cutly,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By installing or using Cutly you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the app.

3. Auto-renewable subscription

Cutly offers two auto-renewing plans billed through your Apple ID:

  • Cutly Unlimited Weekly — $0.99 per week. Renews every 7 days. Includes a 3-day free trial that converts to a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
  • Cutly Unlimited Annual — $12.99 per year. Renews every 12 months. No trial period is included.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Renewals are charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

4. Tokens & promotions

Any free scans, tokens, or promotional credits have no cash value and may expire or change at our discretion.

5. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information and is incorporated into these Terms.

6. User responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide. Cutly offers informational nutrition metrics only and is not medical advice.

7. Intellectual property

Cutly, its software, and content are owned by Bac Tech LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the app except where allowed by law.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Cutly is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Cutly after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
